Competency Based Education (CBE)
At Kenrama, we fully implement Kenya's Competency Based Education — a learner-centred approach that focuses on developing skills, values, and competencies rather than rote memorisation.
CBC equips our learners with critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills — preparing them to thrive in an ever-changing world and Kenyan economy.
Playgroup (PG)
PP1 & PP2 · Ages 4–6
Our Pre-Primary program lays the critical foundation for a child's lifelong learning journey. Through play-based and inquiry-driven activities, learners develop cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills in a nurturing environment.

Pre-Primary School (PP1 & PP2)
Ages 4 – 6 | Pre-Primary 1 & 2
Pre-Primary at Kenrama builds on the Playgroup foundation with structured learning in literacy, numeracy, and social skills. Learners develop confidence in communication, early reading, writing, and number work — all within the CBE framework.
Our PP1 and PP2 classrooms are vibrant, nurturing spaces designed to make every child feel safe, curious, and eager to learn.
Lower Primary School
Grade 1, 2 & 3 · Ages 6–9
Lower Primary builds literacy, numeracy, and foundational competencies. Learners are guided through a rich and structured curriculum that encourages curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking.
